Booking conditions
How can I make a reservation for an apartment?
In order to confirm and secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total cost of your reservation is required during the booking process.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
In case of cancellation 21 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is refundable.
If the cancellation is made less than 21 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained. (valid for all <<no-shows>>).
In case of early departure, 100 % of the accommodation cost will be charged. There are no refunds on amounts paid.
For bookings with an arrival date within 21 days, the full amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or cash.
When is the payment due?
The final payment, consisting of the remaining balance, is required within 21 days prior to arrival for the reservation to be valid.
Is there a minimum length of stay required?
A three (3) days minimum stay is required except of the Easter period which is five (5) days.
What is your check-in and checkout policy?
Check in takes place at 15:00.
Check in earlier than 15:00 and check out later than 11:00 are subject to availability.
